Carrier and Delivery Time
• We ship all orders through UPS unless UPS is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of fortuneboxes.com. In such a case, we will use the most convenient alternative while respecting delivery times.
We offer free UPS shipping on orders over €39. No extra fees will be charged for standard delivery areas. For deliveries outside the standard areas, additional charges may apply.
• FortuneBox generally ships orders within 48 hours, but please note that we do not ship on weekends. Typically, delivery will take around 6-7 business days, with the exact delivery time depending on the carrier, UPS.
• You can contact us at any time to request details regarding your shipment. We will provide you with the necessary information to track your package.
International Shipments
• Orders shipped outside of the Netherlands and Germany are not eligible for returns (see more details in our Return & Refund Policy below).
• Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on customs processes and local regulations.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
• In the event that a carrier is unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe due to reasons beyond our control, we will do our best to communicate any changes or delays.
• For compensation or claims related to lost shipments, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy’s “Compensation” section and follow the instructions on how to proceed with the carrier.
